Replacement of a damaged communication object with a culvert in Rzędów Forest District

Design and construction of a culvert to replace a damaged communication object in the Rzędów Forest District: The service comprises two main stages. Stage 1 (Design and decision-making works): development of a preliminary programmatic-spatial concept with written client approval; creation of complete design documentation (construction and executive projects) based on PFU, preparation of operational reports, and submission of applications for environmental decisions, water permits, and building permits or notifications; obtaining all necessary, legally binding, and final decisions and permits (including water permit and building permit/effective notification) to legally commence works. Stage 2 (Construction works): execution of all construction and earthworks according to the approved design documentation, PFU requirements, building law, water law, and nature protection regulations; handover of a complete, fully functional hydrotechnical object; handover of the final and legally binding occupancy permit/confirmation of notification.
