Design-build contract for the renovation and extension of Collège Marcel Pagnol to increase its capacity to 950 places. The contract is a composite agreement with mixed prices, comprising a fixed-price part for services specified in the DPGF and a framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices) for punctual or unpredictable services related to the discovery of unlisted asbestos. The unit price part has no minimum value but a maximum value of 200,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) over the total contract duration. The project budget is 17,500,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) or 21,000,000.00 EUR (incl. VAT) (value March 2026).
