Development and Maintenance of Software Solutions on APPIAN Platform

Development of software solutions on the APPIAN platform for the Conseil Départemental des Yvelines; maintenance of the PAPYRUS solution, including evolutionary, corrective, adaptive, and regulatory maintenance services; study services, technical and functional assistance, and training services. The contract is a mixed-price contract with a fixed-price component for corrective maintenance of developed APPIAN solutions and associated telephone support (amount as per DPGF of AE). The variable component is via purchase orders for the development of new solutions, solution evolutions, assistance with query execution, and complementary services such as project management, specific developments, training, personalized assistance for evolution requests, and reversibility. The contract is awarded to a single economic operator.
