Design, Implementation, and Deployment of an Integrated Resident Card System for Bielsko-Biała

Development and implementation of an integrated Resident Card System: analytical work, graphic design for the system and resident card (according to visual identity and EU funding guidelines), UX/UI work, system implementation with an information portal, user panel, partner panel, UMBB administration panel, mobile app, and verification app. This includes necessary integrations, technical and user documentation, system user training, system maintenance, warranty support, system development based on development hours, and ongoing system care. Optional service: design, implementation, testing, and deployment of a bidirectional REST API integration (JSON) between the Moje-BB System and the Fare Collection System (SPO; Cloud Collector) of MZK (Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny in Bielsko-Biała), including active ticket visualization.
