Diagnostic services for Products, Equipment, Materials, and Waste (PEMD): Management of PEMD from demolition or significant building renovation. Assistance to Métropole services in implementing the integration of circular economy materials into new construction, rehabilitation, urban development, and public space projects, as well as waste management from these operations. Complementary services include environmental and financial analysis related to the circular economy, operational assessments, and inventory. The contract concerns operations of Métropole de Lyon where it acts as client, agent, or project manager.
