Heritage and Technical Diagnostic Mission for King Khaled Palace, Riyadh
Project management assistance for the heritage and technical diagnostic mission concerning the restoration of King Khaled Palace in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Includes three main missions: execution of a heritage, sanitary, and technical diagnostic of the palace; development of a restoration program for built spaces, including the mosque and garden; definition and drafting of a detailed program for the site's reuse. The contract is a composite agreement comprising a fixed-price portion for services commencing upon contract notification, and a unit-price on-demand portion in the form of a framework agreement for complementary services and travel to Saudi Arabia. The framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum amount of 50,000 € (excl. VAT).
