Programming for the reuse of the King Khaled Palace in Riyadh

Project management assistance for the architectural, technical, functional, and potentially scenographic programming of the King Khaled Palace site in Riyadh: The project includes the palace, its gardens, and the adjacent mosque for the site's reuse. The mission covers architectural, functional, technical, regulatory, museographic, scenographic (if applicable), and economic domains. The program must describe technical objectives, considering operational constraints, and identify all necessary works. The mission is divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The firm tranche includes Phase 1 (assessment of the current situation), Phase 2 (assistance with idea generation, feasibility, pre-program), and Phase 3 (development of the detailed technical, functional, and environmental program). The optional tranche involves an in-depth study of the scenographic and museographic aspects. The contract is composite, comprising a fixed-price portion and a call-off portion as a framework agreement for complementary services and travel to Saudi Arabia, with a maximum amount of 50,000 € excl. VAT.
