Employer's Representative, Technical Advisory, and Assigned Certifier Services for Project Barrow Social Housing
Employer's Representative (ER), Technical Advisory (TA), and Assigned Certifier (AC) services for the construction phase of the Project Barrow Social Housing Design and Build Contract: Support for the construction stage, divided into two separate lots for ER/TA services (Lot 1) and AC services (Lot 2). The estimated value is an estimate; a list of sites is included in the documentation and may be subject to change. All sites have full planning permission, fire, and disability access certification. Contracts will be awarded under the Capital Works Management Framework (Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (COE1)).
