Structural Engineering and Earthquake Safety for Federal Properties Abroad

Structural engineering and earthquake safety: Basic structural engineering services for buildings and associated structures according to § 51 HOAI, service phases 1-6, and special services according to § 51 HOAI, service phases 8-9. Additionally, consulting services on the safety of federal properties abroad against seismic effects are included, comprising clarification of fundamental questions regarding earthquake safety of buildings and technical systems, calculation of response spectra for assessing earthquake safety using appropriate modeling methods (including the ESHM 2020 hazard model), integration of technical systems in buildings concerning earthquake safety, expert opinions for interim and new leases, advice on existing local and German expert opinions regarding earthquake safety, and on-site inspection of buildings and technical systems if existing documents do not allow a reliable assessment.
