Services for direct electronic bank card payments (VPOS) for the NAV-Mobile application and NAV web interfaces: Provision of electronic payment functions and expert personnel for implementation. The framework agreement has a net volume of 1,647,991,847 Ft, of which 70% must be called off. Services include ensuring transaction identifiability, immediate feedback to NAV IT systems, data query options for transactions, technical and functional compatibility with the AFR2 data entry solution according to MNB Regulation 35/2017 (XII. 14.), a complete merchant control panel for real-time transaction tracking and monitoring, adequate data protection for transmitted data, secure handling and forwarding of bank card data, multilingual operation (Hungarian and English), processing of transactions in Hungarian Forint (HUF), settlement of VPOS transactions within T+1 business days to the account specified by NAV, provision of analytics data within 12 hours after transfer, monthly arrears settlement of commissions, a load capacity of at least 41,500 transactions per calendar hour, response times of maximum 6 seconds (average 1 second), support for Android 10+ and iOS 15+ operating systems as well as NAV web services, provision of a complete technical documentation package, a test system, and sample code, the option for users to choose between payment services in the NAV mobile app, comprehensive professional support for the integration of services into NAV web interfaces, provision of a dedicated test environment with all functions of the live system and dedicated IT support, and a communication protocol with a maximum response time of 1 working day for implementation and testing questions.
