Services for Providing VPOS and qvik Payments

Services for providing direct electronic bank card (VPOS) and qvik payments for the NAV-Mobil application and NAV web interfaces: Conclusion of a framework agreement with a total net value of 1,647,991,847 Ft, of which 70% is a mandatory call-off. Services include ensuring transaction identifiability, immediate feedback to NAV IT systems, retrievability of transaction data, technical and functional capability to handle data entry solution (AFR2) according to MNB regulation 35/2017, provision of a full merchant control panel for real-time transaction monitoring, secure data protection and handling of bank card data, multilingual operation (Hungarian and English) for card acceptance services, processing of transactions in Hungarian Forint (HUF), settlement of VPOS bank card transactions within Transaction Day +1 working day, VPOS analytics with transaction data within 12 hours of transfer, monthly commission calculation in arrears, ability to process at least 41,500 VPOS transactions per calendar hour, response times not exceeding 6 seconds (average 1 second), functionality on Android 10+ and iOS 15+ devices and NAV web services, provision of full technical documentation, test system and sample code, user choice between payment services in the NAV mobile client, comprehensive professional support for integration into NAV web services, provision of a test environment with dedicated IT support for implementation, testing, and operation, and a communication protocol with response times of maximum 1 working day for implementation and testing questions; further items as per the tender documents.
