Social integration and professional qualification services through economic activity, based on hygiene services for common areas and cleaning of vacant housing in properties managed by GRANDLYON HABITAT. The framework agreement takes effect on February 1, 2027, with a firm duration of 2 years and an extension option for 1 x 2 years, resulting in a maximum duration of 4 years. The contract has no minimum value and a maximum value of 7,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT) for the firm 2-year period; upon renewal, the minimum/maximum amounts will also be renewed for each new 2-year period.
