Cleaning of Common Areas and Vacant Housing for GrandLyon Habitat
Cleaning of vacant housing and common areas: Interior and exterior cleaning, including waste management, for the entire property portfolio of GrandLyon Habitat. This is a multi-award framework agreement, executed as needed by issuing purchase orders. The contract starts on February 1, 2027, for a firm period of two (2) years, extendable once for two (2) years, for a maximum duration of four (4) years. No minimum contract value, maximum contract value 7,000,000 EUR excl. VAT for the firm two-year period; upon renewal, the minimum/maximum amounts will also be renewed for a new two-year period.
