IT Services for Ensuring Digital Accessibility

Service support for ensuring digital accessibility: Contingent for the Federal Employment Agency (BA), particularly the Usability Accessibility Center (UAC), for external assessments of IT applications (internet, intranet), digital documents (PDF), and electronic record-keeping in accordance with § 12a BGG and § 2 BITV 2.0. Services also include guidance and support for resolving accessibility issues and integrating accessibility into the software development process (Shift-Left). A framework agreement will be concluded with the three most economical bidders for work services at an (agile) fixed price, services at a fixed price, and call-offs for testing services at a fixed price.
