Services for promoting work ability and inclusion: The aim is to strengthen the independent coping, social interaction, and opportunities for societal participation of individuals with limited functional capacity and barriers to inclusion who cannot participate in other public employment services. The provider must offer work activity places including suitable tasks, necessary guidance and equipment, and safe workspaces. The service is based on Section 17 of the Social Welfare Act and Government Bill HE 180/2026 vp, which is expected to come into force on January 1, 2027. Contracts will be concluded after the law has been approved. Should the law's content, effective date, or other essential factors affecting the procurement change during the procedure or before the contract period begins, the client reserves the right to interrupt the procurement procedure, amend the procurement documents, or make any other necessary decision.
