Digital Platform for Smart Velenje – Mobility

Digital Platform Smart Velenje – Mobility: Implementation and rental period from handover until December 31, 2029 (approximately 27 months). An extension option for the rental period by a maximum of 36 months exists, subject to the availability of secured funds. Notification of an extension will be given at least three months before the contract ends. The extension is based on the monthly unit price from the final offer, considering valorization. The contract is subject to the suspensive condition that the necessary funds are secured before obligations are assumed; these funds are not yet available at the time of the tender.
