Project planning for building permit district heating Velenje – Phase 2

Preparation of Documentation for Obtaining a Building Permit (DGD) for the project “District Heating Velenje – Phase 2”: Annual operation, in accordance with Slovenian law, including obtaining all necessary opinions and bases for the DGD and the building permit. This covers amendments, preparation, and coordination of project documentation as required by the authorities until the permit's issuance and legal validity. Coordination with the creator of the spatial act, whose adoption is planned for April 2027. The project includes a heat pump system with storage, a solar power plant, and a pumping station. The documentation is based on the already prepared conceptual design (IDZ), project no. 9304/2025, and project conditions.
