Multi-channel electronic letter sending service: versatile sending and receiving options. Sending via printer driver functionality, web portal, and open interfaces. Receiving through delivery of letters to electronic distribution channels or as a printed, enveloped, and delivered traditional letter. Provision of an electronic letter service (SaaS) as a software service including all necessary software and drivers, printing, enveloping, and mailing services for physical letters, implementation and adaptation of the SaaS service to client needs and environment, system support and maintenance services, and further development and expert services for the system or service. Contract duration 3 years, with an option for indefinite extension after the fixed term.
