Digitalization of administrative processes for academic activities at Medical University Pleven: Selection of a contractor for the upgrade, implementation, and maintenance of an existing information system with new electronic services for students, lecturers, and administration. The scope includes data and requirements analysis, system project development, software development (technological platform upgrade, information security measures), and the development and implementation of modules for electronic student books, electronic attendance tracking, electronic semester certification, KUKEP component of the electronic general ledger, scholarships, dormitories, HR component for human resources, lecturer satisfaction survey functionality, and a CRM system. Furthermore, testing, implementation and commissioning, staff training, project documentation, warranty support (at least 12 months from acceptance), and post-warranty support (at least 12 months after the end of warranty) as well as the transfer of intellectual property rights are included. The deadline for upgrade, implementation, testing, and acceptance is a maximum of 9 months from contract signing. Detailed descriptions are provided in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
