Digitization of Processes and E-Services for the Municipal Road and Bridge Authority in Katowice

Digitization of processes and e-services: Development and provision of e-services through the digitization of back-office processes and data within the Municipal Road and Bridge Authority in Katowice. The project scope includes spatial data for public roads, the development of back-office applications based on digitally available public sector information, the implementation of modern technological solutions, and the digitization of analog data for e-services. The solutions must ensure interoperability, cybersecurity, digital accessibility, and data protection in accordance with GDPR (Art. 25(1), 25(2), 5(1)c, 5(1)f, 5(2)). Objectives include improving citizen and business services through administrative process digitization (maturity level 5), digitizing databases for e-services (including mobile devices), creating a secure IT infrastructure (back-office), and purchasing an IT system for smart city concepts to improve residents' quality of life, as well as ensuring the interoperability of IT systems for public registers.
