Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTP) Vaccine for Mandatory Vaccinations of Children up to 2 Years and for Epidemic Reserve

Delivery of Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTP) vaccine: for mandatory vaccinations of children up to 2 years of age and as a reserve according to epidemic regulations; total quantity 50,000 doses. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity by up to 20% per part. Required documents include a valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission, valid on the day of offer submission and for the entire contract period. Foreign language documents must be submitted with a Polish translation, excluding proper names, technical terminology, trademarks, trade names, and origin markings.
