Control of up to 50 public procurement procedures regarding compliance with national and EU public procurement law and relevant documents of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). This includes examination of competitive documentation for project selection, applications and agreements for project support, guidelines issued by the minister responsible for regional development, recommendations from the KPO Coordinating Institution, and other documents concerning the implementation of KPO-funded projects. Rotavirus vaccine for mandatory vaccinations

Delivery of Rotavirus vaccine for mandatory vaccinations: a total of 62,000 vaccination schemes. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity of the medicinal product by up to 20% per lot. Required is a valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product in Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or a valid authorization from the European Commission or the Council of the European Union. The authorization must be valid on the day of offer submission and cover the entire contract performance period. If validity expires, proof of application for extension or a new authorization must be submitted. Documents in a foreign language must be submitted with a Polish translation.
