Management and construction supervision for the new building 'De Expeditie' in Poeldijk: The new building will house the ISW Irenestraat secondary education, De Nieuwe Weg primary school, Simba childcare, a library, and cultural facilities. The site will be delivered ready for construction after the demolition of the existing Veiling building. The construction period is 18 months (start approx. January 2027, completion June 2028). The expected time commitment includes an average of 48 hours per month for management activities and an average of 96 hours per month for supervision during the construction period, comprising an average of 80 hours per month for architectural supervision and 16 hours per month for installation technical supervision.
