Documentation (Expertise, DALI) for Intervention Works on the Hydraulic Infrastructure of Paltinu Reservoir

Preparation of a technical expertise and an approval documentation (D.A.L.I.) for intervention works on the hydraulic infrastructure of Paltinu reservoir: The expertise includes the evaluation of the technical condition of the dam and associated equipment, identification of deficiencies, and determination of necessary intervention measures to eliminate operational problems and ensure intended uses, as well as a constant raw water supply for the Voila Hydrotechnical Treatment System. The D.A.L.I. must propose a minimum of two different technical-economic scenarios/options, recommend an optimal option with justification, and be based on the solutions from the technical expertise. It includes the technical solution, main technical-economic indicators, urban planning certificate, necessary permits and studies, and the strategy for implementation, operation, and maintenance of the investment, to ensure the safe operation of Paltinu dam and its intended uses.
