Delivery of diesel fuel type B0: successive refueling of the contracting authority's machines and vehicles in the municipalities of Dąbrowa Zielona, Gidle, Żytno, Kłomnice, Koniecpol, Nowa Brzeźnica, and Kruszyna; estimated delivery volume 320,000.00 liters; minimum delivery per refueling 500 liters; delivery within 24 hours of order placement, refueling from 6:00 AM; access also via unpaved internal forest roads; payment term 30 days after invoicing, billing period monthly; fuel must comply with quality requirements according to Polish Standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 (Journal of Laws 2020 item 727) for liquid fuels, specifically diesel fuel type B0, for winter, summer, and transitional periods; option for additional deliveries up to 30% of the contract value.
