Dynamic Purchasing System for digital teaching aids for primary and secondary schools in the municipalities of Vestfold: The system is intended for procurements with a value from NOK 100,000 (excluding VAT); procurements below this value are handled by the municipalities themselves. The estimated total value of the system is from NOK 100,000,000 (excluding VAT). All legally affiliated units can use the system; new units can join during the agreement period. Optionally, other entities may also use the system. The Dynamic Purchasing System will be migrated from Mercell to Hyyr, the new KGV and KAV system.
