Printing and Distribution of Pre-Printed Forms for Certificates and Diplomas for Examination Boards 2027-2028

Printing and distribution of pre-printed forms for certificates and diplomas: For 2027, this includes the design and production of pre-printed forms for certificates of detailed eighth-grade exam results, certificates confirming professional qualifications, and maturity certificates. For 2028, the production (including potential design adjustments) of the same pre-printed forms is planned. All forms must be produced on watermarked paper with a special chemical composition preventing traceless removal of print and distributed to 8 regional examination commissions and the Central Examination Commission. An option exists to extend the scope by additional copies per task, with a maximum of 60,000 pieces total per task, including up to 10,000 pieces for eighth-grade exam certificates and up to 50,000 pieces for maturity certificates/professional qualification certificates. The minimum order quantity per option call-off is 10,000 pieces, with a delivery period of up to 30 days after call-off. The detailed scope of work is provided in attachments 1a and 1b. There is an obligation to employ personnel for the production of the forms under an employment contract in accordance with Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code, and the possibility for the contractor to commit to employing new disabled or unemployed persons.
