Printing Services

Printing services: Framework agreement for the provision of printing services, production of printed products, and related services. Duration 24 months or until the net framework amount of 84,000,000 HUF is exhausted. Option for an extension of up to 12 months if the framework amount is not fully utilized within 24 months. Services include the production and delivery of the following products based on individual orders with maximum quantities per single order: Books 5,000 pcs, Notebooks 2,000 pcs, Folders 5,000 pcs, Business cards 1,000 pcs, Paper bags 3,000 pcs, Company envelopes 20,000 pcs, Certificates (A/3, A/4) 100 pcs, Promotional materials 100,000 pcs, Other publications 200,000 pcs, Postcards 5,000 pcs, Stickers 5,000 pcs per category, Wristbands 2,000 pcs, Pens 5,000 pcs, Diaries 1,000 pcs, Front and back covers for frequency allocation decisions 3,000 pcs, Front and back covers for radio licenses 3,000 pcs, Posters 380 pcs. The minimum order quantity per category is 1 piece. Packaging and delivery to the specified address are included in the product price. If required, a sample must be produced within 3 working days. The contracting authority commits to drawing down at least 70% of the framework amount.
