Maintenance and Replacement of Uninterruptible Power Supplies

Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and battery exchange for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), including inspection and maintenance of associated networks and electrical cabinets. The service includes flat-rate services for 119 UPS devices with annual maintenance frequencies (SLA1: 1x, SLA2: 2x, SLA3: 1x), detailed preventive maintenance measures, UPS and battery inspections, and thermographic inspections of network cabinets. Additionally, callable services are provided within a framework budget of net 25,000,000 Ft, including the replacement of components for SLA2/SLA3 devices (indicative 98 pcs) and SLA1 devices (indicative 57 pcs), the replacement of batteries for SLA2/SLA3 devices (indicative 98 pcs) and SLA1 devices (indicative 4 pcs), as well as labor and travel costs (labor fee during working hours: 200 Ft/hour, outside: 75 Ft/hour, weekend/holidays: 25 Ft/hour; travel fee Budapest: 5 Ft/occasion, outside Budapest: 5 Ft/occasion). The client commits to calling off 70% of the combined value of the flat-rate fee and the framework amount. Troubleshooting and repair are performed according to SLA categories with response times of 4 to 48 hours for the start of on-site repair. For SLA1 devices, manufacturer or authorized service partner support is required, and a minimum 12-month warranty applies.
