Printing Services with Device Lease and Administrator for University Hospital Krakow

Printing services: Comprehensive service including leasing of printing devices, ensuring continuous operation, and providing a print assistant/administrator for the University Hospital in Krakow. This includes monthly subscription costs for: Monochrome printer A4 without follow-me print, LAN, WIFI (TYPE 1) 1,100; MFP monochrome printer A4 with follow-me print, LAN, WIFI, FAX, Xerrex support (TYPE 2) 300; MFP color printer A4 with follow-me print, LAN, WIFI, FAX, Xerrex support (TYPE 3) 160; MFP color printer A3 with follow-me print, LAN, FAX, Xerrex support, medium performance (TYPE 4) 40; MFP mono printer A3 with follow-me print, LAN, FAX, Xerrex support, high performance (TYPE 5) 10; MFP color printer A4 (small size) without follow-me print, LAN, WIFI, FAX (TYPE 6) 150. Also included are costs per A4 monochrome print/copy 1,800,000 and per A4 color print/copy 180,000. Furthermore, perpetual licenses for the print and scan management system for integrating printing devices and enabling follow-me print functionality, including technical manufacturer support for the contract duration, at a cost of 200. The number of MFP printing devices (TYPE 2, TYPE 3, TYPE 4, and TYPE 4) will not exceed 200 units, with a minimum of 60 devices with follow-me print functionality to be activated.
