Pressure Reduction Systems and Filtering and Metering Systems

Qualification system for the design, fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing, pressure testing, assembly, inspection, painting, quality assurance, commissioning, delivery, and documentation of Pressure Reduction Systems (PRS) and line-pressure (LP) systems for the Gas Networks Ireland transmission network. The systems are for operating pressures greater than 16 bar. The contracting authority may procure all or part of the PRS and LP installations. Additional services, works, and supplies, including ancillary equipment for the safe and efficient operation of the PRS assembly, may be required. The contracting entity reserves the right to conduct audits (including supplier quality audits, site visits, and quality audits) to verify the accuracy and completeness of tender submissions. Participation in such audits may be a minimum condition for progression. Corrective actions identified during an audit must be addressed within the specified timeframe. Goods and services may be called off for Northern Ireland and/or Scotland.
