Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for employment services for citizens of Holbæk Kommune: The offers aim to strengthen citizens' progression towards employment, education, or other relevant activities. Services fall into three main categories: company-oriented offers for placement in employment, education, internships, or wage subsidies; employment-oriented offers focusing on physical health; employment-oriented offers focusing on mental and social health. Offers can target individual citizens or groups. The system allows for continuous admission of suitable suppliers. Estimated total volume over 10 years: 350 million DKK, maximum volume: 500 million DKK.
