Dynamic Purchasing System for Employment Services

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for employment services for citizens of Holbæk Kommune: The system allows for flexible adaptation of measures to current needs and participation of both smaller and larger providers for tasks ranging from single individuals to groups. The offers should reflect the diversity of challenges and needs of citizens and promote their progression towards employment, education, or other relevant activities. Specific procurements fall into three main categories: business-oriented offers (employment, education, company internships, wage subsidies), employment-oriented offers focusing on physical health, and employment-oriented offers focusing on psychological and social health, each aimed at progression towards business-oriented activities. Offers can target individuals or groups. The system is open for continuous admission of all suitable suppliers. Over 10 years, an estimated total volume of 350 million DKK and a maximum volume of 500 million DKK are expected.
