Dynamic Purchasing System for water and wastewater construction works in Norrköping municipality: The construction works include complete earthworks and pipe assembly for the new construction and reconstruction of water and wastewater networks, ditches, and dams or similar open stormwater solutions. This covers expansion and reconstruction phases, as well as earthworks for the installation and connection of prefabricated stations for pressure boosting of drinking water and pumping of stormwater and wastewater. The value of individual construction works is at least 3 MSEK excluding VAT. Annually, water and wastewater construction works with a total value of approximately 70-130 MSEK are estimated to be procured via this system. Excluded are acute operation and maintenance works on the pipeline network and water and wastewater construction works with an estimated value of less than 3 MSEK excluding VAT. Interested parties can apply for qualification at any time; qualified contractors are not bound by the system and can withdraw at any time.
