Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for target games: The system facilitates flexible procurement of target games for verification, validation, training, and exercise activities. Suppliers can apply continuously throughout the system's validity period and, upon meeting qualification requirements, will be admitted for future tenders. Contract awards occur through renewed competition (step 2) among qualified suppliers. The DPS is valid until the end of 2030, with an estimated total procurement volume of approximately 500 million Swedish Kronor. No specific call-off volume or distribution over time is guaranteed.
