Qualification system for the preparation of complete project documentation for the connection of new customers, the reconstruction, renovation, and construction of new transformer substations, cable and overhead lines for medium and low voltage in the regions of Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pleven, Lovech, Vratsa, Montana, and Vidin: The system serves for the pre-selection of economic operators for future individual contracts. Services include the preparation of working projects for transformer substations (1x800kVA, 2x800kVA), electrical reconstructions of transformer substations, cable and overhead lines for medium and low voltage (m-route), electricity meter boards (number of boards), geodetic works such as tracing plans, vertical planning, cadastral surveying, and longitudinal profiles (m-route), as well as structural projects, construction waste management plans, health and safety plans, and fire safety plans. Specific quantities and services will be defined in individual tenders.
