Upgrade of the e-ticketing system and installation of video surveillance in buses. This includes the installation of 132 additional validators, 8 machines for ticket sales and top-up of value cards, 20 information panels at bus stops, and the development of a user account management module with new functionalities. The software solution must be compatible with the existing e-ticketing system running on Windows 11. Additionally, video surveillance will be installed in 180 buses.
