Installation of Building Elements (Windows and Doors) for the Expansion of the Primary School Dining Hall

Installation of building elements for the expansion of the primary school dining hall: Construction of a rectangular extension with a shallow-pitched, undeveloped monopitch roof without a basement, attached to the gable of an existing two-story, basemented after-school care building. Two existing window openings will be converted into passages to the existing building. The scope of services includes 4 window elements with transom, tilt-and-turn fitting, and thermal insulation glazing (laminated safety glass inside and out), 4 top-mounted roller shutter boxes with aluminum roller shutter armor and belt winder, 4 interior window sills made of laminate panels, 4 exterior aluminum window sills, and 1 exterior door as an aluminum-glass construction with transom, flat threshold, panic locking, and door stopper, further items as per the tender documents.
