Carpentry and roof plumbing for the extension of the Siedlungsgrundschule dining hall: Construction of a rectangular extension with a flat, undeveloped monopitch roof without a basement, attached to the gable of the existing two-story, basement-equipped after-school care building. Two existing window openings will be converted into passages. Services include the construction of the new extension with 22.5 m working/protective scaffolding at the eaves and verge, 16 pieces of roof deck beams made of BSH, GL28h, not visible, 10/24 cm, length 5.3 m, 62 m² wooden formwork (d=24 mm, board width ≤ 16 cm) as a support structure for the double standing seam roofing, 62 m² double standing seam roofing made of titanium zinc sheet (width 600 mm) mill finish with additional seam sealing tape due to a roof pitch of 3.5°, complete with structured separation layer, certified as "Hard Roofing" resistant to flying sparks. Furthermore, 11.7 m formation of a 2-sided boarded eaves box with ventilation grille and paint coating, 11.7 m wall connection with ventilation at the monopitch roof end/connection to the existing building including perforated sheets, clips/advance sheets, capping strip, sealing tapes, 10.5 m covering at the verges including connections, and 11.7 m suspended gutter including downpipes and standpipes. Alternative offers are permitted but must comply with all specifications in the execution planning and tender, proposed changes require approval from all clients and authorities, and a description of all changes as well as proof of equivalence for material substitutions are required. The bidder must demonstrate the equivalence, feasibility, and completeness of their alternative offer, including the environmental compatibility of the building materials. If the alternative offer cannot be executed as proposed, the contractor bears additional costs or implements the main offer at the cost of the alternative offer. Alternative offers must consider all risks, comply with the structural and planning specifications of the client, and meet the technical and formal conditions of the service description. For alternative offers concerning the subsoil, the statements of the soil reports must be considered, especially regarding contaminated sites. Alternative offers for closures and diversions require prior coordination with and approval from the responsible road traffic authorities. Further items as per the tender documents.
