Establishment, operation, and maintenance of a 24-hour resting place along E134/E18 Kongsberg-Asker

Establishment, operation, and maintenance of a 24-hour resting place: approx. 100 parking spaces along E134 Kongsberg-Drammen and E18 Drammen-Asker, including approx. 70 parking spaces on E18 Drammen-Asker and approx. 30 parking spaces on E134 Kongsberg-Drammen. The distribution may be adjusted; contracting with multiple tenderers or dividing into sub-contracts is possible. Each resting place must include a minimum of 15 parking spaces for wagon trains and a service facility with toilets, showers, and charging stations, fulfilling requirements as per point 3.2. Completion is required no later than 24 months after contract signing. The contract duration is 10 years from opening, with an extension option of 1+1 year, allowing for a total possible term of 12 years. The charging infrastructure must be fully developed and operational in accordance with point 3.2 h. An electronic tender conference will be held via Teams on 21.09.2026 at 12:00; registration is required by 18.09.2026 at 12:00 via the communication channel in KGV.
