Deployment of temporary workers for seasonal support during leaf collection and Christmas tree disposal

Provision of temporary workers for seasonal support of Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg - AöR from 19.10.2026 to 16.01.2027: In Phase 1 (19.10.2026 - 12.12.2026), 24 temporary workers (12 helpers/loaders, 12 drivers with class B license) are deployed; in Phase 2 (14.12.2026 - 16.01.2027), the requirement reduces to 16 temporary workers (8 helpers/loaders, 8 drivers). The personnel will be stationed at the operating depots Hochfeld (Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg) and Hamborn (Schlachthofstraße 8, 47167 Duisburg) and are needed for the following activities: setting up and removing leaf grates, collecting and disposing of leaves and leaf bags, disposing of Christmas trees, general street and cleaning work (machine and manual), and winter service support. Working hours are 39 hours per week per temporary worker, distributed over variable shifts (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat); additional work, overtime, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday work (including 24.12.2026 and 31.12.2026) are required if needed. Requirements for temporary workers include sufficient German language skills, physical resilience, occupational medical examination according to G 20 "Noise", personal protective equipment (PPE) in orange with reflective stripes (to be provided by the lender: bib and brace trousers or dungarees, rain jacket, winter jacket, work shoes; hearing protection and gloves will be provided by the client if needed), a valid class B driving license, and a valid driver card (for drivers only). The lender must provide the necessary temporary employment contracts and proof of a valid temporary employment permit according to § 1 Abs. 1 AÜG.
