Deployment Management System (EMS) North Hesse: Optimization of road maintenance services for 11 road maintenance depots in North Hesse through a mobile system. The system provides legally sound evidence for winter service operations, operational evaluations, billing with third-party contractors and other road authorities, and efficient operational control via real-time monitoring. Route guidance functions relieve drivers during winter service. The basis is automated operational data collection in approximately 80 winter service vehicles. An EVB-IT Service contract (including a system delivery contract) with up to 3 extension options of 12 months each will be concluded.
