Specialized Planning for Technical Equipment for the Successive Renovation of Landshut Indoor Pool
Specialized planning for technical equipment for the successive renovation of the Landshut indoor pool: Basic services for planning phases 1-9 for system groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 according to § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021, as well as special services. The renovation of the indoor pool, built in the early 1970s, includes the roof, ceiling, facade, bathing plate, concrete repair, showers, changing rooms, entrance area, gastronomy, building services (ventilation, heating, electrical, water treatment), and sauna. Implementation will occur in seven construction phases (BA 1-7) during summer closing times from 2028 to 2033. Planning is scheduled to begin in 2026/2027. Estimated total costs are approximately 12.55 million EUR net, of which approximately 5.5 million EUR net are for KG 300 and approximately 5.2 million EUR net for KG 400. Planning phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for systems requiring direct approval; a reduction of the scope of services is reserved.
