Electrical operational management and maintenance of electrical equipment for three data centers: EuroHPC (start approx. 1.11.2026), Lumi AI Factory (LAIFDC, start approx. 1.7.2027), and Varasto (start approx. 1.11.2026, ending approx. 2027). The electrical equipment includes parts with a nominal voltage exceeding 1,000 volts, transformers (EuroHPC: 8 units, LAIFDC: 12 units, Varasto: 4 units), medium-voltage switchgears (EuroHPC: two 10kV, LAIFDC: three 10kV), and connection capacities exceeding 1,600 kilovolt-amperes. Services include inspection activities, scheduled tasks, operational procedures, fault repair, appointment of an electrical operational manager with a deputy and a person responsible for operation, and monitoring and reporting using electronic maintenance log software. For the Varasto data center, annual inspections will be ordered separately (estimated duration approx. 2 working days), further items as per the tender documents.
