Vehicle inspection and registration services for Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county: The services include the inspection and registration of passenger cars, vans, trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, and trailers with various power sources. The procurement is divided into two lots. For Lot 1 (South), approximately 115 vehicles per year are to be inspected (approx. 80 heavy vehicles, approx. 35 light vehicles); heavy vehicles are inspected annually, new light vehicles for the first time after four years. For Lot 2 (North), approximately 30 inspection visits per year are planned, of which approx. 75% are for heavy vehicles and 25% for passenger cars or vans. The contract has a duration of two (2) years from contract signing and then automatically extends indefinitely unless terminated. There is no commitment to a specific service volume. One (1) supplier will be selected per lot. The fleet management is handled by the Central Uusimaa Rescue Department, whose operational area covers eight municipalities (Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Hyvinkää, and Mäntsälä).
