Time-based contract for electrical cable and wiring systems: regular maintenance work according to STLB-BauZ 682 (July 2025 edition) on municipal properties (schools, kindergartens, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, sports facilities) in the city area of Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the districts of Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Contract duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with an annual extension option unless terminated six months prior to expiry; maximum total duration until 31.12.2029. Estimated contract volumes are based on experience and may vary significantly; there is no claim to commissioning and execution.
