Electrical, Security, and Information Technology Systems and Photovoltaic System for Bundesrat Annex with Visitor Center
Electrical, security, and information technology systems according to DIN 18382, as well as a photovoltaic system for the Bundesrat annex with visitor center in Berlin-Mitte. The photovoltaic system includes approximately 175 PV modules, approximately 4 inverters, DC generator/string disconnectors, overvoltage protection, feed-in/yield meters, grid security management, and fire department disconnection. Maintenance services are included for a duration of 4 years. The project aims for a BNB certification in silver, requiring the contractor to observe requirements regarding low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance; this must be demonstrated through at least monthly construction site inspection reports. FSC or PEFC CoC trade certificates are required for used wood products. The execution period is from 11/2026 to 03/2028.
