Electrical Installation

Electrical installation: Heavy current systems (KG440) include a 20 kWp PV system (1 unit), a 630A house connection cabinet (1 unit), transformer systems (2 units), main distributors (2 units), sub-distributors (2 units), cable trays (approx. 500 m), conduits (approx. 200 m), cables (approx. 13,000 m), installation devices (approx. 450 units), lighting (approx. 350 units), lightning protection (1 unit), surge protection (1 unit), and fire protection (1 unit). Low current systems (KG450) comprise an intercom system (1 unit), fire alarm system (1 unit), intruder alarm system (1 unit), video surveillance system (1 unit), a data processing system with passive data cabinet (1 unit), and data cables (approx. 4,000 m). Execution starts 10 working days after receipt of the order letter, completion by calendar week 39/2027. A performance bond of 5 % of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without supplements) is required if the contract sum is at least 250,000.00 Euro net. The warranty bond for defects is 3 % of the sum of advance payments at the time of acceptance.
