Execution begins 10 working days after receipt of the order letter and ends in calendar week 39/2027. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid. Award criteria are based on the lowest price. A contract performance security of 5% of the contract sum is required for orders exceeding 250,000.00 Euro net, and 3% for defect claims.
