Delivery, implementation, and support of an electronic document management system (eSSL): The system includes a document management system, a pre-implementation analysis, delivery and configuration of application software, implementation, data migration, ensuring trial operation, handover of operational and security documentation, user training, support services, development services for the contract duration, and exit services. The delivery must comply with the client's requirements, applicable legal and technical regulations, the National Standard for eSSL, and enable obtaining and maintaining valid certification according to Act No. 499/2004 Coll.
